This has been the hardest lesson for most of us.

For we can neither think nor act to good purpose until the habit of self-restraint has become automatic.”

    I heard someone at a meeting say that they knew that they had the right to remain silent they just didn’t have the ability.
    I thought to myself, I know just how you feel. No matter how hard I try I just can’t see to keep my big fact mouth shut.
