I’ve gotta agree. In certain situations well placed “righteous anger” is a very useful tool. However misplaced anger or anger transferred to the wrong person or situation can be really detrimental and counter productive. Well placed “righteous anger” is part of our built in defense mechanism and a tool for survival. Remember, it is said that depression is “anger turned inwards”. Not a good use of the anger tool. As John Lydon of PIL once sang; “Anger is an energy!” I suggest, USE IT but DON’T BE IT.
